Fees and Billing Policies
We provide a Statement of Financial Responsibility for patients beginning care with us, which spells out policies and procedures pertaining to insurance use and billing, patient responsibility, cancellation and rescheduling procedures and fees, and related areas of concern so that you will know what to expect to help you plan your care.
We offer support for health insurance claims. We will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise relating to your healthcare coverage to the extent we are able, with the understanding that patients are often required to be involved in resolving health insurance issues. Not all plans cover all practices. Please make sure you know your benefits so you understand what fees you may be responsible for personally.
